Yes. With advance coordination and approved receiving documentation, domestic suppliers, international factories, freight forwarders, and carriers can send inventory directly to SVO for receiving, inspection, labeling, preparation, storage, and forwarding.
Can SVO prepare imported products for Amazon FBA?
Yes. SVO can receive imported inventory after customs clearance and complete approved labeling, inspection, kitting, bundling, packaging, and Amazon FBA preparation services. Our importing and sourcing division can also support factory coordination, packaging development, and inbound logistics.
Does SVO provide storage between Amazon replenishment shipments?
Yes. Reserve inventory can be stored at SVO and released to Amazon in scheduled replenishment shipments. Storage pricing and availability depend on inventory dimensions, pallet or carton quantities, handling requirements, and expected inventory turnover.
Can SVO also fulfill Shopify or wholesale orders?

Pricing is based on the services required, unit volume, SKU count, product dimensions, packaging condition, materials, inspection scope, storage needs, and outbound shipment configuration. SVO provides customized pricing after reviewing the details of your program.
Does SVO guarantee that Amazon will accept every shipment?
SVO completes preparation according to the approved instructions and materials provided for the project. Amazon controls its own receiving policies, appointments, fulfillment requirements, and acceptance decisions. Sellers should confirm current requirements in Seller Central before releasing each shipment.
